A) It is best to get your facial every 3 to 4 weeks to keep your skin healthy and looking great all the time.

Q) How often should I get a massage?
A) Ideally it is best to get a massage every 2 to 4 weeks. This will help to keep the muscles in good shape and reduce your stress levels which in turn will help reduce blood pressure, muscle tension, anxiety and even depression.

Q) Can men get facials?
